Christmas brownie selection!

PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION

A homemade, and baked to order, selection of mini brownie bites - Christmas themed 🎁

Each brownie is carefully baked and once cooled, topped with a drizzle of milk chocolate, topping, and dusted with edible glitter.

Toppings include freeze dried raspberries, after dinner mint, chocolate chips, snowflake topper, sprinkles, gingerbread Oreo, iced gem, Terry's chocolate, jazzie, marshmallows and hazelnuts.

I use minimal packaging and plastic. Brownies are wrapped in a layer of wax paper to help them stay fresh, before being placed into a Rubybel box and then into a final postage bag (just to ensure they arrive dry and clean!).

As they are letterbox bakes, each brownie bite is approx 5cm square and 2cm high (inc. topping). They are all baked to order so there will be some variation to design and finish.

Ingredients: White sugar, butter, eggs, plain flour, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, cornflour, vanilla extract, plus toppings.

Bakes are decorated with edible glitter. Ingredients: Anti-caking Agent: (Potassium AluminiumSilicate–E555), Colours: (Titanium dioxide–E171) (Iron Oxides–E172).
